  Tried to get service today for the very first time at this dealer. The first point of call the Lady didn't seem interested. She hung up on me three times. Finally I persisted and spoke to a man who was so care free that he didn't seem interested either. Why would I trade my 2007 Outlander in at that dealer when they cannot even seem to care enough to service it. There wasn't any rudeness, just a quite happy approach to not caring less. When I suggested that I may consider booking in for service because of their attitude he just said OK then and hung up on me. What a Business model that they present.
